My take was having everything aligned for Feb approval. EG. An offtake signed to take to a financier and have everything ready to pull the trigger in March/April. It looks more and more like and Equity partner of 30-40% for the initial 19.5K anode project. Mitsui or ABB not sure.
Lets see what happens.
