Compliance error for not loging paperwork for issue of shares.
Sloppy accounting and someone will be getting a pineapple for this.
First thing needed is the court hearing date then should be a matter of lodging the correct paperwork then providing there is nothing else wrong re listing. So will be a few weeks at least.
