in my opinion thomas wanted someone who did not look over his shoulder while he managed his own affairs such as overseas trips etc.Remember he also had a private coy in Germany with Rincon boys on board.Many trips to Germany.. wonder who paid for trips?
Harper was a good choice as he only came to Aust once a year. He has never visited any of the ADY sites in Chile nor Argentina.
In the meantime he collects director fees plus free shares and options. What a waste!!!!
Hopefully if the company does not go under shareholders will sack the total Board and get some professionals.
