Pay $8m in salaries to your staff, including $1m to CEO, 650K to CFO
Of course we have a 5 person board, of which the chair takes a cool 225K for attending 14 meetings and eating danishs. and each other member takes 150K a year. Thats ~11K per meeting. I can only imagine what gets discussed:
Oi Julian did you cash the cheque this qtr? You did, ah good job here is your 200K STI. Ah did you manage the risk though, did you look left and right before you crossed the road to the bank? you did? well done, here is another 50K. Ah what about ESG and net zero, did you make sure you recycled your coffee cup? Wow good job, have another 10K
