Existing holders who receive the entitlement have some time up their sleeve to decide.. You are correct, why not buy if you get a chance below $1.30 what your entitlement would have been....
It is a bit of a game, some will ask for more, some will not take up their entitlement and then Potter will be on the hook for whatever is left over.
I suspect they too will have sub'ied out some of the underwriting.
