And I think that if we do see a major strengthening up in PENs register soon, then I personally believe it will come from either one of these two.

Given the relations with the US/China of late, I don't see anything coming from them now, but Japan and Korea, now thats a different story. They both have good relations with america, and are doing there darndest to keep it that way, especially both being major suppliers of Nuclear Reactors.

As I have said before, a 5% takeup of shares in PEN for these guys is nothing, but 65,000,000 shares bought on the open market will make a big difference to the share price. But its enough to give that company a major shareholding in PEN.

Simple fact is, these guys need guaranteed supplies, not only for their reactors in their own countries, but because both being major suppliers now of new reactors built, they also have to supply the fuel for a number of years on them as well, Part of the Deal I am lead to believe.

And I could imagine they would also be attracted to new mines with lots of further potential to increasing its size(ahemmmmmm....).
