Prop, I love the bit where they say "the requisitioning members were not prepared to pay a premium" It was a huge "premium " the Indians paid when they came on the register. If I remember correctly we were at 12c and they came in at 9c. Both my maths and english teachers told me that is actually called a discount. The gall of the incumbents knows no bounds.
