I don't know if you should vote Yes, or No. But could all of you please help me understand or formulate a list of logical steps that would take place should a No vote triumph. I am no friend of this board as highlighted here:

1. Vote takes place - No vote wins
2. CR to pay off Pfizer and keeps RAP ongoing. CR price at 30% discount at approximately 0.13 cents.
3. All the employees who should be selling the story back at it with gusto.
4. Waiting for increase in use from Europe, Asia and Australia.
5. FDA submission with Pfizer support...
6. Board spill.
7. New board appointed.
8. Gain greater traction over late 2023.
9. On wards and upwards through 2024 with BOD with more experience in commercializing novel technologies.
I believe that the BOD have been 'playing' at running an international company. We've known this for a while.
