They 10+ million ultra-targeted users and can't make a cent. From football of all sports too (one of the biggest, if not the biggest, sports in the world).
How much revenue do you actually think they'll make from eSports, in Australia of all places (fyi eSports in Australia is one of the smallest audiences in the world).
Also they can't help themselves with their bs hype over-inflated numbers they keep throwing out there. They
do not have a 500,000 expected reach for each of Dota 2 and CS:GO.
Dota 2 has an average
total player count of 450,000 WORLDWIDE (see the steam charts
here). Also to show how miniscule Australian eSports is, see the top Countries playing Dota 2.... Australia isn't even listed it's that tiny.
CS:GO has an average
total player count of 550,000 WORLDWIDE (see the steam charts
here). There are literally 338 players RIGHT NOW in the whole of Australia playing in public servers (maybe a few more hundred playing matchmaking - where it isn't listed in a server list). How do I know this? I opened the game and can see it first hand - OOPS SportsHero. Also independent research done by leetify as shown below doesn't even have Australia on the list!
I'll finish with probably the most ridiculous and insulting thing to shareholders I've read in a while.

Really? In talks with "Reddit Australia". Oh how formal and important they've made this sound. While they're 'working closely' with 'Reddit Australia' to create a community, everyone else is simply following the instructions below.
Don't get sucked into the hype these guys release gang. This is a pump and dump stock for the traders, nothing more. The revenue they will make from this announcement will be very slim, to none.
I urge you to DYOR and you'll uncover the bs these guys spew in their anns for yourselves, which supports their $0 revenue.
