Do you think it's appropriate taking funds from EL for an unrelated venture after a cap raise when Sage has failed to pay back other loans on time... listen to yourself, why are you backing a director when basically all of his companies are on "life support." Name a successful ASX listed company his in charge of? Do you do any due diligence as a "sophisticated" investor?.... Don't dance around the question buddy.
