Keep it simple stupid! They went to the lender of last resort and bent over. What a disgrace. There should be a board spill .Dean has no idea about capital markets. He should have kept to architecture rather than building a house of cards. The stock price has to go up 50% in 6 months for the options to be in the money. No way can this happen given the dilution of this raising. As a result they will be lucky to raise $3m from their bulls it institution and they will get almost nothing in the entitlement issue as the exercise price of the issue of 1.1c is likely to be above the share price. Time to walk the plank Dean. Your time is up ! A total disgrace !
