I don't think it will be bad idea for few of us to get together as small holder group and push for such direction. This will force the management and the board to start earning their wages.
If we can also convince 1 insto or pension fund (if there is any on the register) to support us then we can force such change.
It is in the best interests of all shareholders so why wouldn't we get support from such entity - I have not checked topped 20 holders to see if there is any such holder.
