Here is how I interpret this... Lower end is obviously going to be suffering the most and therefore will be forced into the sales. The mid tier still have their blinkers on and therefore not disposing as per fire sales (yet). The upper end, they are the smart money and they are closing out quickly and dumping before the tragic drops really start (and I guess they are selling to the bitcoiners and 'smart' investors who made recent windfalls in both markets)
