Tanon - RFX are no longer chasing the domestic housing market, their focus is on MWh scale deployments in the USA of their pods (+ the bank job). To be successful they'll need to compete with other medium-duration battery options. That price was ~US$325/kWh for contracts last qrt, but it has been rising on the back of reduced competition from Li-ion and greater demand for large MWh scale medium-duration batteries, so maybe US$350+ by now?
