Come on Klaas, Your Due dilligence was trusting some one eles work. and speaking about looking in AS's blue eyes,i think a little self reflection should be on its place. The amsterdam meeting was clear ,QVT 's statement /choice about supporting a bankrupt company or let it go under was clear. Out of banktruptcy they probably would have recovered a substantial part of their loan,but that would have involved a timely process ,while letting the company survive,offered them a doabdle attrictive upside on their loan. After hearing them and the Board ,we should be gratefull to QVT and the Board,and should vote Yes on all the resolutions
