    I think it is related to Automation. And that it will be announced very soon/ before the end of this month. TFS would have had comprehensive knowledge of where PTX is at and going to before they signed off on this agreement. They do not make mistakes. Well worth a listen to the Youtube interview of TFS CEO that Shellbell kindly posted above.
