We don't have to have secured the patent to have protection...Once the patent is lodged, there is provisional protection during the approval process.

So it's more about Steven having all of the relevant patents lodged before revealing CellPryme-A than formally being awarded a patent.

I doubt it will be far away personally, the unveiling of CellPryme-A.

The chart is certainly primed for a possible major breakout...The interim readout for PTX-100 could be inside a month or two away, further responses in this trial would certainly be a significant catalyst for a breakout.
