Myopic I agree with all your comments. Retaining full ownership is a huge plus IMO.
What I can't work out is how they could continually harp on in recent anns that construction would start in March when they (and everyone else knew) that this would be impossible to deliver.
Time will sort this out (a little bit more time, sound familiar?)
