the goal posts keep getting benter and benter IMHO. This BOD just keeps getting deeper in don't they? I guess that the writing is on the (toilet) wall as far as they are concerned with a no vote winning. The unknown at this stage is how do the two parties get to suspend the vote again whilst they try to get the no votes down? In the end there is and end...it is nigh for the BOD IMHO. Goodness gracious...never before have so few owed so much to so many...can't wait for the next noose to form.
