"The skeptic in me says Pharma companies pay for their drugs to be passed by the TGA.". ... but that statement doesn't critically examine the TGA and should be better described as cynicism because you're purely making a statement that discounts TGA rules and processes. you say this as a belief.
the TGA is compliant with the highest academic and professional standards imo, and according to the TGA site. as it should be.
