Firstly, to mention BHP and TNG in the same sentence let alone the same planet, when TNG is a junior compared to a behemoth, is sheer ludicrous.
That being said, the current management does not have the skill sets required to get this over the finish line. We aren't talking resources here - we're talking skill sets. Once you have the skill sets, you use them to manage resources. Makes sense no?
