If someone has the time and really want to guess (sorry i haven't) you can usually find out the schedule of the leaders quite easily during an election campaign. Their press office would either give it or may have a web link. Unfortunately it may only be valid for the next day.
I would suggest any trip to the region of the jobs would be a prime time to make the ann. Something like Wacker and jobs isn't going to be a small press release. They'd do it as a media conference.
