Why isnt this a big negaqtive given the price difference between Eskom rates and the other local markert prices????? Please explain???
Eskom Offers as Much as 180 Rand a Ton of Coal, Continental Says

Feb. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Eskom Holdings Ltd. is offering between 130 rand and 180 rand a ton for coal in new contracts being offered to suppliers, Continental Coal Ltd. said.
This compares with prices of between 450 rand and 460 rand achieved in the local South African market and about $35 a ton for exports, Bruce Buthelezi, the managing director of Continental Coal, said at a conference in Johannesburg today.
