... for new WWI holders entering at this stage, with an advanced project that maybe in production next 6 months, is the timing right [?] ... the market knows that there maybe a Toll Agreement shortly ... but is taking zero notice ...

... which imo reads as -
- that the market may have zero confidence in WWI office to handle a successful outcome. [in good time]
- that maybe the much pumped Toll Agreement on WBP is priced-in.
- that any Toll Agreement with one or multiple plants maybe months away.
- that simply WWI has to finally deliver on something 'big' for the market take note on the project once again.

... imo if WWI were to take-on the EMI, then it had to be a success ... it was not ... ok ... equipment needs changing ... personnel also may need changing ?!! ... it is no use having the best equipment, if a program can not be executed in the field ... just wasting time - 12 months [?]

... gold moving under 1750 this session isn't what WWI may need ... imo if gold was cruising above 2000, then even with the past 12 months, WWI may well be holding higher ...

... can WWI deliver in Q4 and commence UG operations ? ... Q1 production numbers ...
