capital raises depend on investors seeking a decent ROI. inaccurate or dishonest data debunked by Pfizer. failed takeover with no more bidders. a BOD who wants to give up the company and its shareholders. a CEO who won't even address his shareholders during the most important time of his company.
CR in the teens would be great but chances are no one is paying more then double digits for this thing.
