Assuming the shareholders who requisitioned the meeting are successful, it does not appear to me that the new board of X64 will comply with ASIC regulations with respect to residency requirements of its Directors, in particular the requirement that “at least 2 members of the Board must ordinarily reside in Australia”.
It will be interesting to see what happens next!
