CEO - Transition Time

With impending results perhaps this week, one must ask when will current CEO move on.
The next CEO might perhaps be a more relevant engineer with a current vision, who be likeable and reliable for investors or shareholders in SEN. Barron's "'CEOs with nontechnical business backgrounds—I call them the “suits”—are likely to have a more difficult time making accurate product assessments and picking the right engineering teams. And so it isn’t all that surprising that some of the industry’s lackluster performances have come under such suits''.

1. Literature supports 10 years is towards the end of a life span of a CEO.
2. Things have changed, COVID, supply issues, working arrangements and not to mention technology associated with security.
3. A great opportunity exist for for Sen.
4. This is the time to choose the next CEO to lead SEN for the next 10 years. SEN has missed so much opportunity and growth. - this is now 7 years straight of a declining share price.

The board needs to do its job and find a new CEO!
