Ok - why delay the special dividend or buy back. Surely there was a plan to enter another investment when you sold the last investments- just a matter of execution it now. Guess you could argue waiting a few months in a bear market is a strategy; guessing most investors would prefer cash position to be lower and they had their capital returned if the company doesn’t have a deal to do….
