NFD rejected the $5.40 cash takeover offer. They want more. That mean the merger between NFD and SPC will have to cancell.
From the past experience. I believe this takeover by Newzealand will be real (eg TEL took over APT, BPC tookover GMF etc...). WMR takeover talk have been failed and called off at least twice in the past five years. AXA the same.
