Also like the fact that however it is rebranded (dependent on the outcome) that they have an opportunity to embrace the very latest in digitalisation/digital twin not to mention the many new energy, storage, mining, autonomous, refining, value add technologies which are required to scale in order to decarbonize - think of all the different solutions just this company have announced but faded into seeming obscurity.
With that in mind this would be one idea.

The circular economy to play an increasing part of future mineral life cycle, noting the long life & re-usability of Vanadium in battery Electrolyte
There are a couple of other tweaks in mind which could be made to this.
