The allegation have been in many papers and is even on your favorite ABC online. Andrews has made plenty of promises and has rarely been held to account we are still waiting for the 4000 ICU beds.

None of the 10 community hospitals promised by Premier Daniel Andrews on the eve of the 2018 election campaign have been built or upgraded, despite the Victorian government unveiling billions of dollars in new health spending.

The record of IBAC so far is to hold hearings in private and not let Victorians know what has transpired,they have found misuse of taxpayers money but no action against them, the ombudsman and police finding that Labor broke the law but will not prosecute them.

@logco; you're entitled to express you opinion re John Howard, suffice to say that you're blind and deaf to what he did oh-so-wrong for aoh-so-long that caused voters to dump him at the 2007 Election.

Howard was the master of $Feeding $Greed and those addicted to it were rapt, but that's it!
