I feel the same way but i will give Steinepries time..They are good operators and can pull brilliant things out of their hats we have all seen that with them..
The beauty here is that they own large chunks directly through their own holdings and Ascent capital so its in their interest to get things moving.
Although i am frustrated and i aired my opinion to them via email i am happy to wait patiently
It cant get any lower iMO
