    After reading all these conspiracy theories here does it mean train wreck is deliberately caused as like last time to derail the SP for giving some benefits to internal buddies.

    may be, may be not.

    rinse and repeat again for the last time. If news comes like oh we have identified the root cause and the fix is not as hard as anticipated than i would definitely be saying yes.....
