needs a accommodation facility of high standard as it will need to attract the highy sort after skilled professional workforce to pull this off 100%, workforce could peak at well over 600 for six months, the amount of finely tuned trade/ engineering/ management skills needed to make the plant work reliably with 100 output cannot be underestimated.
