The govt has to make a deal or butcher Telstra by carte blanche which will not look good + expose to legal action.
And I have zero confidence in NBNco to hit the ground running, esp with all the vested interests thrown into the mix (I work in this sector and have dealt with or worked for all the big players and no not in helpdesk lol).
