yeh its disappointing - i wonder if we need to change the reporting so that WAM reports gain/losses on Transactions like these.
Very hard to tell from the long list in PDF form.
I doubt that WAM capital on their own had more than 5% as the change of substantial holding was for WAM capital and WAM active, and i suspect that's why neither manager checked in much on the holding because probably both below 5% but group as a whole is 5%.
IMO Needs a group manager when the combined holding for the group is 5% so we can avoid this kind of thing.
