Tsingshan’ found the money to clear debt from the short bets to stay in business.
Was it State help and are now facing reparation with an in to their Indonesia assets ?.
They may have had no help with debt but have a liquidity issue holding back expansion plans.
What about China make a takeover bid for Nic.
