I think Bhan might have traded on HCT's announcements to the ASX rather than insider information. This is why ASIC is taking HCT to court over misleading and deceptive conduct and not Bhan for insider trading.

This is another reason why HCT is undervalued. Based on over a year of improved growth in sectors that have resulted in overall improvement for the company we should have seen some uptick in SP and sentiment. But the reality is different.
