Platinum had 34,406,340 shares in November 2021. The sell side of 100K multiple times (with 200K offers in there for tomorrow) today smells of an insto selling (smart and only money is on - Platinum?!)... 4m shares today traded - so they still have approx 29m shares to go!
Wish we could get ANP management to step in with a sophisticated investor or another insto to take them out on an off-market deal. This is what I think MD should be doing right now - on the phone!
Take it to the worse case - if the dumping continues then the company is going to be finished as the CR will fail and then testing will not continue due to the lack of funds to finish.
Platinum know this - so is there another play happening as well!!???
POSITIVE side - with the latest sell off - I believe there is no way a CR can be considered at the moment. Especially, with enough funds still in the bank to get to prelim results.
It is going to be a bumpy ride for the next 12 months but possibly all cards will be revealed a lot earlier!
