With such strong buying today in the 2.05-2.08 range with many orders of 250k-1MIL and still quite a few in the BUY pipeline including one for 1MIL @ 2.07, I'm wondering whether there's a fairly high possibility there's higher take-over bids already lining up ... seems odd you'd risk that amount of money for a 2-3c gain ... thought I'd hedge my bets a little and decided to offload 25% of my NEA stock today at 2.06 for a reasonable profit but it certainly felt like a forced decision. I'm a fairly long-term holder and love the stock, first discovered it at around .40c and have averaged up and down over the years and only ever sold one other parcel. I agree with many others here that we're being cut out of a company with great growth potential and many long-term loyal holders that have stuck with it through it's extreme highs and lows. Sad day really ...

That thinking cuts both ways though, for every buyer there is a seller who sees completion risk, or sees another higher yielding opportunity elsewhere, and for every seller there is a buyer who sees quick arbitrage difference in a short time or possible upside beyond the t/over price. From 40c you've done well enough. Well done.
