What are they saying now? - the project has not been completed as previously stated? i.e. only up to “milestone 4” with “milestone 5” still to be done?

And this announcement says nothing about commercial and technical feasibility like the first one did (nor does it reconfirm). Rather it simply confirms “suitability”. Has this statement been forced out by an ASX query to explain today’s odd price action here? It’s pretty poor form to put out a clarification without stating bluntly what is being clarified.

Found that strange myself, any other clarification notice I’ve seen has stipulated the correction, this one is ambiguous to say the least.
Also PRL release last week the same statement, surly they approved the previous wording as well???
