Like many, I'm sure that I have not been the only one stewing over this release. My thinking is that maybe the fifth milestone to be completed is the public sharing report, once released later in the year will conclude the funding agreement with the WA government. Also the removal of wording 'technical and commercial feasible' might be due to the lack of financials, and I'm fairly certain final engineering for the 430t ship is still due to be completed this quarter.
