Their mode of operation is to surround the company like a Pack of Wolves to prevent any alternate bids and to prevent anyone else from making an offer.... (much 'warmly complimented')

Does this sound like 'in the Shareholder's best interest'? or has management been so surrounded that they have had a few multiples erased from their aspiration during the May fear driven sell off.
