I know you both from my LNY days.....sold those @ .004 mths ago.....bought more of DRE @4cents,you do the math.
The absolute MAJOR difference with DRE is....MANAGEMENT....you know what I mean.
Not advise but do yourselves a favour and read the many posts here lauding DRE management and projects.

DRE have the hardest working BoD on asx. 85+% funds going into the ground.
Dean Tuck....our MD is THE man, our team of hard working Geo's are second to none.
DRE still also looking @ multiples from here IMO.
3 x major projects allowing year round operations.
