Have a look at the announcement from Archer on the 12th of April
"Archer Materials Limited ("Archer", the "Company", "ASX:AXE") is pleased to announce that it
has signed a legally binding share sale agreement ("Agreement") with private company iTech
Minerals Pty Ltd ("Buyer") for the sale of all of the subsidiary companies that hold Archer's
mineral tenements."
If that is not the case, and either Archer or Archer chairman Greg English still hold an interest in tenements (is that would you are implying??), then I would suggest they are going to be in a lot of trouble.
Anyway i'm sure this stuff is in order.
