    i believe 70m was leant to another coal company via a convertible note. i think this should appear under receivables?


    In the case of Bowen, a $322 million miner chaired by former Stanmore Coal (ASX:SMR) boss Nick Jorss, ASX 200 coal miner New Hope Corporation (ASX:NHC) and mine finance specialist Taurus have come in to provide $190 million to back the redevelopment.

    A$70 million secured performance bonding facility agreement with New Hope
    Corporation, mainly to provide bonds under Queensland’s financial provisioning scheme
