Very clearly raises several questions - seems to highlight how board has misled shareholders, and asks some real questions as to the actual need for the pfizer loan given the need for such was neither raised in previous announcements or noted in the IE report. Seems the court has some scepticism as to what is going on and some funny business going on here possibly?
