It's pretty bad either way you look at it. Either MD is working his ass off behind the scenes and it's not working, or he is doing the bare minimum. Considering he has been at the helm for 30 years and company value has deflated, I am convinced he is the issue. What type of CEO issues that kind of salary and bonus options/shares when the company has gone downhill? Anyways, complaining is fruitless unless we all band together to do something. I just wanted to get that out of my system I encourage everyone else to do the same and than we can try get some positivity back on the board.
