Rikardo, it seems the siren is silent. The sp tells it all.

Would be great if Board and Management buy some shares on market and show the confidence to the shareholders instead of expecting a free options/ shares from the incentive plan.

In my opinion, Management must have skin in the game (paid shares) so they feel the same pain what shareholders are going through.

It’s sad, even Mr Panton, major shareholder and long term supporter have stopped buying shares on market.

In my opinion, it seems board is not confident enough with the current management performance and future direction.
