So once implemented in Jan 2023? , 1 Telstra Group share is issued for every TLS share - to be ranked equally with TLS shares - that's how I read it
Although not clearly stated - it is a split up of TLS as far as I can determine and this has been long mooted and is the reason I bought back into TLS 2 years ago. Optimum outcome is the sum of the parts is more than the present single TLS.
